Harvest: Manually, in the first ten days of October.
Winemaking: Cooling of the harvested grapes through the use of a cold room. Manual sorting of the bunches, soft destemming, manual sorting of the grapes.
Cold pre-fermentation maceration on the skins for approximately 30 days in steel at a temperature of 26°C.
Refinement: In steel for 12 months, in new French oak barrigues for 24 months and at least 12 months in bottle before being released on the market.
Color: Intense ruby red, impenetrable, with purple highlights.
Perfume: Particularly engaging and rich: notes of tobacco, liquorice, chocolate and leather alternate with spices and Mediterranean scrub.
Taste: Elegant, savory, vibrant entrance. Vigorous, but at the same time fine and velvety tannins support a wine with great tasting persistence in which
we find the same aromatic components perceived by the nose. Definitely satisfying ending.
