Launched for the first time with the 2000 vintage, this Champagne is the most incredible, refined and pure expression of a true blanc de blancs respectable, 100% Chardonnay, from carefully selected grapes coming from the vineyards of Avize And Le-Mesnil , where this grape manages to achieve great character and body. The maison's flagship cuvée, it is produced in a few hundred pieces, respecting the expressiveness of the vintage and, to best enhance its characteristics, with aging on its own yeasts for 9 long years. The elegant bottle is made of transparent glass so we recommend keeping it away from light and heat sources, releasing it from its elegant case only when you decide to enjoy it. And we assure you that you will not easily forget that moment...

Bright straw yellow color with golden reflections, it has a very fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it expresses lively sensations of citrus fruits, yellow broom flowers and sweet notes of lemon cream, pine nuts and dry pastries, in a mineral background of chalk. When tasted it appears vertical, tense with great lemon freshness, perfectly consistent with the nose in the solid biscuit references and very persistent in the mineral notes. Already perfect, time will make it unique. A great emotion.

Fabulous with oysters and fish carpaccio, it also excites with tasty and structured second courses such as grilled scorpion fish, or stewed moray eel slices.
