A wine that is a promise of unconditional love, enchanting in its rosé dress and, like a precious gem, enclosed in a very elegant box: Amour De Deutz Rosé it's truly a great Champagne! Blend of Pinot Noir at 65% and Chardonnay at 35% with a small addition of red wine, always Pinot Noir, grown in the property's vineyards, this Champagne ages for at least 48 months on the yeasts, to then rest further in the bottle. There are many surprises and joys when opening a wine like this, especially because it is perfect to drink immediately but built to last over time, thanks to the masterful balance between aromatic power and fine structure.

Bright salmon pink color with coppery nuances, it has a very subtle perlage and long persistence. Fruity but delicate nose of small crunchy berries, pink grapefruit and orange blossom, then turns towards tones of hazelnuts and toasted almonds, subtle spicy puffs and a clean mineral vein in the background. A taste that can be soft, structured and gentle at the same time, it is a succession of freshness, flavor and juicy fruity memories, in a sensation of creamy but, at the same time, dry effervescence, almost a tannic perception that suggests the evolutionary potential. The mineral trail on the finish is very long, accompanying a long persistence.

For an exceptional aperitif, it is a wine with infinite pairing possibilities, from a grilled lobster to a Fassona tartare, it is even worth trying with lamb and pigeon.
