The Champagne Brut “William Deutz” has a brilliant straw yellow color with golden nuances and very dense perlage. It expresses fresh citrus, pastry, cream and spicy notes of cocoa. On the palate it is rich, soft and creamy, with an excellent balance of flavor and mineral freshness.

The sparkling wine production takes place with the Champenoise method: second fermentation, rest on the yeasts for at least 8 years and finally degorgement with very low addition of sugar to obtain a Brut dosage. It is a cuvée of grapes coming from the three most suitable areas for Champagne: Pinot Noir coming from Vallée de la Marne, Chardonnay from Cote de Blancs and Pinot Meunier from Montagne de Reims.

It represents a milestone of the Maison Deutz as it bears the name of William: the founder of the cellar who, way back in 1838, began a great history of bubbles and territory.

A small jewel for connoisseurs, of which only 2500 bottles are produced every year.
