WINEMAKING
Soft pressing of the grapes and subsequent cryomaceration for 16 -18 hours. ONLY FLOWER MUST. Slow fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature, aging on the yeasts. Manual and delicate periodic batonnage based on the evolution of the wine. Final refinement in the bottle

TASTING NOTES
Straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, notes of aromatic herbs, white flowers, green apple and melon predominate. Its minerality is surprising in the mouth. Of great elegance, long persistence that ends with a delicate velvety perception.
