It immediately appears very attractive with a beautiful orange color and a sumptuous, creamy, adherent and persistent foam.
Already in the sense of smell you can perceive its strong point represented by an extraordinary, varied and fresh bouquet with citrus, exotic fruit, herbaceous, peppery and spicy notes with an added balsamic touch reminiscent of the shrubs of the Mediterranean scrub .
On the palate it keeps its promises, with the fruity part that contrasts well with the impressive, decidedly bitter aftertaste, but dry and with great finesse and balance. Eclectic and socializing beer.
At the table, thanks to its qualities of freshness, I would see it well with spicy and slightly spicy dishes of Indian and Thai cuisine, but also Sardinian fish-based dishes, prepared with lemon and saffron-based sauces.
