Entu
Isola dei Nuraghi IGT Rosso
Entu brings with it the winds of Gallura, which mark these lands and the faces of the winemakers.
Obtained from a blend of 3 red grapes, it is the expression of a single twelve-year-old Guyot-trained vineyard, with a density of four thousand vines per hectare, located one hundred and twenty meters above sea level in the Monti countryside.
An elegant and aristocratic wine, which matures in French oak barrels for several months, thus expressing a complex and articulated nose that unfolds between notes of red fruits such as cherry and currant, blended with other more balsamic ones such as sage and mint and floral sensations of violet, all surrounded by puffs of vanilla, an undergrowth rich in mushrooms and woody at night.
In the mouth it demonstrates all its elegance with a pleasant freshness and a soft and enveloping tannin.
Excellent in combination with red meats and mature cheeses, it also goes well with feathered game.
