Production method: Infusion of wild Sardinian juniper berries for 30 days in cereal alcohol. Subsequent slow artisanal distillation with discontinuous method for approximately 10 hours, using a steam boiler and copper still.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Color: Clear, transparent, crystalline.
Smell: Characteristic of Sardinian juniper berries, resin, citrus fruits and sensational hints of Mediterranean scrub.
Taste: It is the maximum expression of Gin: oily, persistent, delicate and soft. The strength of Sardinia's nature is identified in it.
